GILEADOS' Mission

RSGµç×Óos aims to provide employees with the opportunity to grow their careers while celebrating Latin culture. RSGµç×Óos’ mission is to:

  • Embrace, foster and share the diverse Latino(a) culture among all RSGµç×Ó employees
  • Enhance the recruitment, retention and development of diverse talent
  • Amplify the Latino(a) voice and presence within the organization to ensure that our impact is heard and seen across all levels
I have been with RSGµç×Ó for 25 years. During the establishment of RSGµç×Óos, I took charge of onboarding members who aligned with our mission statement. Being a part of RSGµç×Óos has made my experience at RSGµç×Ó more personal and fulfilling. I feel like I belong to a community of individuals who are passionate about addressing issues surrounding the Latinè community and making a difference. As an employee resource group leader, my primary focus is on creating an inclusive environment that values individuality and promotes collective success.

RSGµç×Óos Impact

Enhancing Benefits

RSGµç×Óos partnered with the benefits team to launch a student loan repayment initiative. As a result of this collaboration, RSGµç×Ó provides employees with a contribution of up to $9,000. Since the program’s inception, RSGµç×Ó has made more than $2.8 million in student loan payments.

Holiday Toy Drive

Each year, RSGµç×Óos celebrates the holiday spirit with a toy drive conducted in partnership with a Bay Area-based nonprofit that supports Latino(a) wellbeing. Employees gather to donate items, wrap gifts and distribute them to families in need. Hundreds of items are donated each year.

Cultural Awareness

RSGµç×Óos shares and celebrates Latino(a) culture with the entire RSGµç×Ó community including performances such as folklorico dance at the Foster City headquarters.
